I created this recipe by accident. After already starting dinner one night I realized I didnt have sufficient potatoes going on for hand to make mashed, so I improvised and came up when these baked potato slices. Its short and easy and they are delicious. Just line your cookie sheet behind nonstick foil and clean up is a snap! Enjoy!

The ingredient of Oven-Baked Potato Slices

  1. 4 medium baking potatoes, sliced 1/8-inch thick
  2. u215b teaspoon garlic powder
  3. u215b teaspoon sports ground black pepper
  4. u215b teaspoon celery seed
  5. u215b teaspoon paprika
  6. 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  7. 1 dash salt
  8. 4 tablespoons olive oil, or more as needed

The instruction how to make Oven-Baked Potato Slices

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Place potatoes, garlic powder, black pepper, celery seed, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt into a zip-top bag. Shake to coat evenly.
  3. Pour entire contents of bag onto a large baking sheet and build up evenly. Drizzle in the same way as olive oil.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until potatoes complete desired crispness, turning frequently to brown evenly, 40 to 45 minutes.
  5. separate from the oven. Let cool slightly and pour into a serving dish.
